Richard Herms B. Comm ASA PNA
Richard Herms is the Financial Controller and a Director of Sheather & Merrigan Business Equipment. After roles in accounting for multi-national firms, Richard joined Sheather & Merrigan in 1988 as the company Account and Finance Officer. He has played a major role in the profitable growth of the company that has led to it becoming a much respected market leader. Richard is a graduate from the University of New England and is a member of the National Institute of Accountants. Richard is also a Director of Sheather & Merrigan Finance Pty. Limited.
As well as being an active member of the business community, Richard likes golf, boating and travel. He and his wife Leigh reside in Newcastle and have four daughters.
Ashley Baxter
Ashley Baxter is a Director of Sheather & Merrigan Business Equipment. He joined the companies Customer Care Division in 1988 as a trainee field technician, quickly progressing through the ranks to become a Senior Customer Care representative and Team Leader. After winning many Customer Awards, Ashley became the Customer Care Manager. He has introduced and oversees many ground breaking reforms to ensure Sheather & Merrigan is constantly setting new benchmarks for customer service.
Ashley has an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the University of Ballarat. Ashley, in his spare time, enjoys renovating his home, travel, football and most sporting activities. He resides in Newcastle with his wife Tracy and two boys.
