iW Management Console is a highly scalable, web-based software utility for the simple management of multifunction devices on a network.

It is ideal for organisations with fleets of up to 1000 devices. iW Management Console also offers a range of optional plug-in modules to improve efficiency. All this and the convenience of incorporating other manufacturers’ devices in the one easy-to-use system.

In essence, iW Management Console saves time and money by enabling you to manage the set-up, configuration and on-going status of a fleet of multifunction devices without physically visiting each one. No matter where a device is located, the software’s web-based system makes set- up quick and easy. It searches for new devices on the network and then adds them to the database automatically.

iW Management Console also enables you to update the address book data from a reference machine to all devices automatically. You can set it to update daily, weekly or whenever you choose.

The software’s web browser interface helps users make informed printing decisions from their workstation. A graphical image of a device clearly shows available memory, paper sizes and quantities, and available finishing options.
